I found an awesome swim team. It is the best in all of Canada! They won overall at Nationals last year. The team is called Cascade. We do drylands for 45 minutes -1 hr 3 out of 6 days. We use weights, jump ropes, medicine balls. We run and do a lot of different stretches and exercises. On Tuesday mornings we practice at 6-7:30, so I have to wake up at 5! We do a lot of different drills, too. Sometimes I even have to do backstroke with a water bottle balanced on my forehead to stop my head from moving when I rotate my shoulders! One of my coaches is named Ildi. She's from Romania, and I really like her. I am really glad to be on this team.
