HELP!!!!!

Madison and I really need help with ideas for Bob Jr! So if you have any ideas. . . It will be greatly appreciated :)!!!!!!!!

a BIG surprise

Sorry that we haven't been on much recently, there's just SO much stuff going on, and even more to tell so let's see if we can catch up. Here we go:

On November 24, the day before Thanksgiving break me, Lil, Ella and Vivien went to one of our friends house for a few hours. When we got home we had a GINORMOUS surprise waiting for us. . . the GORNICHECS!! So, Uncle Isaac and Auntie Megan, Ashley (11), Hailee (10), Reese (7), Evan (5) and cute baby Blake (1 and a bit) were there. Over the time that they were there we had seen Tangled, (awesome and cute movie by the way!) went Ice skating and then me, Ashley, Lil and Hailee made a new Bob Jr, made parodies on The Climb by Miley Cyrus*, and Bad Romance by Lady Gaga* and posted them on YouTube! We stayed up late every night (3-4 a.m. the longest and 12-1 a.m. the shortest) We had TONS of fun doing what girls do like makeovers watching movies walking to the bakery alone (me and Ashley did that) talking about stuff. . . Thanksgiving dinner was definitely one of the bests. We had the best turkey (soo moist!), orange rolls which were amazing, stuffing, corn combo, this amazing cranberry sauce (I accidentally put in a little too much cinnamon but I think that was just what it needed), mashed potatoes and amazing gravy, pumpkin pie and ice cream, and we also got to frost (and eat) sugar cookies! It was sooooooooo good! The best part was that we got to do it with our cousins from Nevada that we almost never get to see!!! How was your Thanksgiving? Another thing we got to do was go to Sacrament Meeting at this one church that my Uncle Isaac served his mission by. It is HUGE! And beautiful too, there's this big dome at the top of it and amazing paintings and designs on the walls. This church was really cool.

School's the same. Homework, drama, more homework and then more drama. On Friday, apparently too many people were going home sick or had called in sick. They were thinking the Nora Virus (which is sort of like the flu, usually milder.) Which has been going around quite a bit lately. So, they let us out early, just at 1:30, but still! Early is early! YAY! The valley after this mountain is that we will probably have school Monday, which is tomorrow. Darn.

Well, now that Thanksgiving is over, it's CHRISTMAS TIME!!! When you comment, let us know some things that you want for Christmas, what you want to do for Christmas or what your favorite part about Christmas is. (Or all three!) Adios!

P.S. Did I mention that the Gornichecs are our cousins? (And Aunt and Uncle.)

New Eyes

I'm not four - eyed anymore! I just got trial contacts today, and I am really excited to have them, I can see clearly and it's just so nice since I haven't been wearing my glasses for a while! Although I am really glad to have them, they are a pain trying to put them in! Seriously! It took me like 15 minutes to get the right eye one in. About 10 minutes for the left eye, and then to take them out. . . let's just say that it took way less time. Taking contacts out is a LOT easier than putting them in, you can't blink when you put them in, and you have to touch your eyeball, which is super hard without blinking. But, I am still glad to have them. . .

I HAVE NEW EYES!!! YAY!!!!

My First Synchronized Skating Competition

My first synchronized skating competition is on the twentieth! I get to go to Kalamazoo for it, and I am very, very, VERY excited! On my face I have a big star!!! My costume is very cute, it's awesome! The colors bright green, purple and black with sparkles all over it. My team and I are dancing to part of Let's Get Crazy by Hannah Montanta, and part of Starstruck by Lady Gaga. I am saving up all my money to buy something cool there, I am really nervous, but super excited!!

Breaking a Minute

Guess what? I finally, officially, 100%, wonderfully, broke a minute on Saturday. Literally. Not like taking a hammer and smashing a sign that says "1 minute", like the pictures show. I mean in a 100 freestyle event. Breaking a minute is just like saying going under a minute or beating a minute. I was really excited that I actually did it because that was my goal for when I was 12! And I made it before that! I guess my goal will be to go a 55 or something next year. . . I can't believe I broke a minute!

Candy, Candy, and More Candy

That's pretty much it. Right there. I would be done my post if there wasn't anything else to talk about but fortunately there is! Here we go:

First off, trick - or - treating was a lot of fun! I got about a full pillow case of candy, I went with one of my best friends, Hannah and 2 other girls. And we got to do it by ourselves and with no adults! So.... that means eating a bunch of candy without them seeing you do it and stopping you! Plus, you can walk at a faster rate, which means going to more houses, which ends up with you getting more treats and goodies! YAY!!!

The second thing is that on Saturday, we had our big volleyball tournament. It was great, we played really well. Our team ended up winning our first game (which we thought we were going to lose), but we didn't and we were against a really good team!!!! We placed 6th by all of our rankings of the season and by the end of the tournament, we placed 3rd!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were all so happy and proud because we improved so much! And to add icing to the cake, we also won the sportsmanship award, and got a trophy for that!! OH YEAH! Here are some pictures at the tournament:

1st picture: I am #2, that's when we were awarded the sportsmanship award!

2nd picture: There's me looking off into the distance...

3rd picture: Our whole team and coaches with the trophy. Madison J. is in the gray sweater next to me at the end.

Volleyball was a lot of fun, and I hope to do it next year, by then we will be a huge threat and rival for NHA schools that we compete. Plus, we get our own jerseys with matching bottoms!! COOL!!! Ta-ta for now folks!
